CLASSES

• Should you need to cancel your class booking, you will be issued with a credit note to the value of your ticket, provided you cancel no less than 10 working days.

• The credit note can be used for a future class or a cookie order and will be valid for a period of one year. If the value of the class increases during this period, you will be liable for the difference. Your ticket is forfeited should you cancel later than 10 working days but you are most welcome to pick up your kit.

• 50% upfront non-refundable booking fee to secure your order & the balance on collection or full payment upfront if courier is chosen. Orders are non-refundable. Your booking can be postponed to a later date should there be a change in your circumstance (provided notice is given 10 days before the order is due) however there will be no refunds. Vouchers can be issued and will be valid for 1 month.

• Quotes are valid for 3 days. Please do not make payment without confirming if your date is available.

• Errors & omissions excluded. The inspiration pictures sent are used to inspire and not be replicated.

• No set will look exactly as the inspiration pictures and my own discretion with design, colours etc will be used.

• Cookie shapes will vary according to what is available and designs will be piped onto normal shapes if the cutter is not available. Icing colors may vary. I'll do my very best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Colors vary according to the different mediums, royal icing blue will not look the same in Chocolate.

• Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations.

• If you would like to book your order, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required and proof of payment must be sent to secure your booking. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation.

• Courier is only available for cookie orders. Chocolate products, cupcakes, and macarons will have to be collected or delivered due to their fragile nature.
